100 Miles Endurance Run
100 miles, från Sjö till Hav, heading south from Herresta the picturesque village on the banks of Lake Mälaren, crossing the region to the Island of Jogersö, Oxelösund. 2600 vertical metres of climbing.
The route is mainly single-track trail, wider farm trails and gravel roads with some sections of asphalt. Mainly following a network of pre-marked trails, Sörmlandsleden, Herrestaleden & Eriksgata.

The timings can be changed as the official route and cut-offs will be confirmed closer to race date. These were the cut offs for 2023, and even though it might not be exactly the same in 2024 you get a good general idea of the the cut offs.
