Starting in the Nyköping runners will follow the stunning rolling trails of the Sörmlandsleden to the finish area in Nävekvarn.
800 vertical metres of climbing. 80% Trail, 10% Gravel, 10% Asphalt
The route is mainly single-track trail, wider farm trails and gravel roads with some sections of asphalt, following Sörmlandsleden.

The compulsory kit list is as follows:
• Bottles or Bladder with capacity for 1 litre of liquid
• Mobile phone with race director and medical team number saved
• Some form of navigation tool, for example the app Min Karta. This is so that you can give a position in an emergency
• Race number*
• Emergency foil blanket or bivi bag*Provided at check in
However, we also recommend the following:
• Head torch plus extra batteries/powerbank (or an extra headlamp), if you think you will take more than 8 hours to finish.
• A small red light to be attached to the back of your pack after dark, if you think you will take more than 8 hours to finish.
• Whistle
• Emergency food 500cal (eg 2 Snickers)
• Cup, The race is cupless which means you must bring a cup with you if you want any hot drinks along the way
• Emergency money or cardWe are a small organization and as the course is quite long, and often hard to access by car, it may take several hours between the time you decide to drop out and the time we can pick you up. Please prepare your kit so that you can keep warm and dry if this situation should occur.

Saturday, September 12 th
Shuttle buses will depart at 20:00 and 21:00 from Nävekvarn Camping to Nyköping Central Station. Cost: 100 SEK. Payment via Swish on site. If you don’t have Swish, please speak to the merch table before leaving.Public bus to Nyköping departs from the bus stop in the village by Systrana Bråhdes at 13:50, 17:50, 22:10 and 23:40.
